Rije\u010d &#8220;shincha&#8221; doslovno zna\u010di &#8220;novi \u010daj&#8221; ili &#8220;prvi \u010daj&#8221;, a upravo je to ono \u0161to ovaj \u010daj \u010dini jedinstvenim. <br><br>Njegovo porijeklo se\u017ee daleko u tradiciju japanske \u010dajne ceremonije. Sezona po\u010dinje s prvim branjem proljetnih mladih listova \u010dajevca u prolje\u0107e, tijekom travnja mjeseca. Dakle u vrijeme ponovnog bu\u0111enja prirode, kada se ponovno vra\u0107a \u017eivot. Osim toga postoji mnogo jedinstvenih zelenih \u010dajeva u regijama Japana, a jedan od njih je shincha.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"fonts-plugin-block \" style=\"font-family: tahoma;font-weight: normal;font-size: 16px\">Ju\u017eni vrh Kyushua, prefektura Kagoshima te sjevernije prefektura Saga ubiru prve plodove s farmi \u010daja. Nadalje tu su i prefekture Shizuoku, Kyoto i Saitama na Honshu. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"fonts-plugin-block \" style=\"font-family: tahoma;font-weight: normal;font-size: 16px\">Ako znamo da se japanske berbe mogu produ\u017eiti \u010dak do listopada i na nekim mjestima \u010desto se spominju kao \u201e<em>yonbancha\u201c<\/em> ili &#8220;\u010detvrti \u010daj&#8221;, onda je jasno za\u0161to je s<em>hincha<\/em> toliko cijenjen i poseban. Dostupan je samo u prolje\u0107e i u ograni\u010denim koli\u010dinama.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Tajna_novog_pocetka_u_karakteristikma_shincha_caja\"><\/span>Tajna novog po\u010detka u karakteristikma shincha \u010daja <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"fonts-plugin-block \" style=\"font-family: tahoma;font-weight: normal;font-size: 16px\"><em>Karakteristike shincha \u010daja obuhva\u0107aju nje\u017enu slatko\u0107u, svje\u017einu i izra\u017eajnu aromu. Izra\u017een <em>umami<\/em>, slatkog okusa i teku\u0107ine vrlo \u017eive, zelene boje<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"fonts-plugin-block \" style=\"font-family: tahoma;font-weight: normal;font-size: 16px\">Aromu si najbolje mo\u017eete do\u010darati ako zamislite kako upijate mirise iz okoline dok \u0161etate kroz tek prolistalu \u0161umu, dok vam lagana proljetna ki\u0161a miluje lice.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"fonts-plugin-block \" style=\"font-family: tahoma;font-weight: normal;font-size: 16px\">Suhi listi\u0107i izgledaju kao tanke, tamnozelene trakice. Miris im je izme\u0111u mirisa maslaca i badema s notom svje\u017ee, proljetne trave.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"fonts-plugin-block \" style=\"font-family: tahoma;font-weight: normal;font-size: 16px\">Miris vla\u017enih listi\u0107a o\u0161triji je, sli\u010dan svje\u017ee poko\u0161enoj proljetnoj travi, ne\u0161to tamnije ali jo\u0161 uvijek \u017eivo zelene boje.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"fonts-plugin-block \" style=\"font-family: tahoma;font-weight: normal;font-size: 16px\">Kada procijedite \u010daj, dobit \u0107e te malo mutniju teku\u0107inu zeleno-\u017eute boje, punog, kremastog okusa, sli\u010dnog onome kada grickate bademe, ali sla\u0111eg. Nakon ispijenog \u010daja u \u0161alici \u0107e ostati miris sli\u010dan ali intenzivniji kao kod suhih listi\u0107a; miris badema i maslaca. <\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Priprema\"><\/span>Priprema<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"fonts-plugin-block \" style=\"font-family: tahoma;font-weight: normal;font-size: 16px\"><em>Mo\u017eete ga pripremiti na <\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/liketeaalot.com\/hr\/znate-li-majstorski-pripremiti-caj\/\" title=\"Kako se priprema \u010daj\">tradicionalni japanski<\/a> ili &#8220;obi\u010dni&#8221; zapadnja\u010dki na\u010din. <em>Priprema shincha \u010daja zahtijeva pa\u017enju i preciznost<\/em>. Dakle ako \u017eelite okusiti sve \u0161to shincha mo\u017ee dati, bolje ga je pripremiti na tradicionalni na\u010din. Stoga je najbolje koristiti odgovaraju\u0107u opremu kao \u0161to su japanski <a href=\"https:\/\/liketeaalot.com\/hr\/posuda-za-pripremu-caja\/\" title=\"Posude za pripremu \u010daja\">kyusu, shiboridashi ili hohen zajedno s yuzamashi-jem<\/a>. Ako nemate ni\u0161ta od ovoga slobodno koristite \u010dajnik ili improvizirajte s <a href=\"https:\/\/liketeaalot.com\/hr\/posuda-za-pripremu-caja\/\" title=\"Posude za pripremu \u010daja\">priborom koji imate<\/a>. Idealno je 5 g shince preliti s oko 340 ml vode zagrijane na  temperaturi oko 70-80\u00b0C<\/em>. Prvo namakanje ne treba biti du\u017ee od 30 s. Slijede\u0107e mo\u017ee trajati 1 min. i kona\u010dno tre\u0107e namakanje 1,5 min. Omjerom vode i koli\u010dine listi\u0107a mo\u017eete se poigravati, ovisno o tome koliko jak \u010daj \u017eelite, ali temperatura vode ne bi trebala odstupati od raspona izme\u0111u 75 i 80 \u00b0C.
