Wuyi je regija s velikim prosje\u010dnim koli\u010dinama ki\u0161e na godinu (vi\u0161e od 2300 mm), prostranim planinskim \u0161umama, bogatom vegetacijom, kristalno \u010distim potocima i mno\u0161tvom oblaka, gdje se \u010daj uzgaja u poludivljem okru\u017eenju, na zemlji &nbsp;posebno pogodnom za uzgoj \u010daja. Prema nekim zapisima ovo je najstariji crni \u010daj na svijetu. Njegova proizvodnja se\u017ee do sredine 16. stolje\u0107a, upravo na ovom podru\u010dju gdje se proizvodi jo\u0161 i danas.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Svojstva\"><\/span>Svojstva<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Suhi listi\u0107i ovog \u010daja nalik su na vrlo tanke, uvrnute niti, tamne boje kao mahuna vanilije. Aroma je kombinacija tamne \u010dokolade i potpuno spaljenog drveta logorske vatre.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Posebnu aromu i kompleksni okus daje mu dim cedrovine na kojem se <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\"><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/liketeaalot.com\/vrste-cajeva\/\" target=\"_blank\">\u010daj <\/a><\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">su\u0161i (\u010daj nije posebno dimljen, kao neke varijante crnih \u010dajeva, samo se su\u0161i na dimu cedrovine). Kao krajnji rezultat dobije se poseban spoj okusa i arome tamne \u010dokolade, kakaa i dima logorske vatre.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Za one koji vole whisky i njegov dimni okus, ovo je definitivno \u010daj koji moraju probati. Mo\u017eda kao neku vrstu bezalkoholnog whiskya, napitak koji vas ne omamljuje nego pobu\u0111uje.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Mogu\u0107e je da \u0107e vam trebati vremena da se naviknete na ovaj unikatni okus, ali jednom kada probijete led uvijek \u0107e te mu se vra\u0107ati, naro\u010dito nakon te\u017eih obroka (pe\u010deno meso) jer je ovaj <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/liketeaalot.com\/vrste-cajeva\/\" target=\"_blank\">\u010daj <\/a>tako\u0111er izvrsno prirodno sredstvo za pobolj\u0161anje probave.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Kofeina u ovom \u010daju ima upola manje nego u kavi, i zato je izvrsna opcija za one koji \u017eele smanjiti unos kofeina a imati dovoljno potrebnog poticaja bez \u0161tetnih nuspojava (kada se konzumira u umjerenim koli\u010dinama).<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Berba\"><\/span>Berba<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Tijekom drugog tjedna svibnja, za Lapsang Souchong divlji crni \u010daj obi\u010dno se beru \u010detvrti i peti list, jer su ve\u0107i i zreliji te osim po veli\u010dini, od ostalih listova razlikuju se i po kemijskom sastavu koji je glavni krivac za robusniji, topliji okus \u010daja.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Proizvodnja\"><\/span>Proizvodnja<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Postupak <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">su\u0161enja listi\u0107a \u010daja<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\"> na dimu borovine-cedrovine, koji je br\u017ei od standardnog su\u0161enja na zraku, doma\u0107i \u017eivalj (koji ovaj \u010daj zove Cai Cha Lapsang Souchong, dok je uobi\u010dajeni kineski naziv Zheng Shan Xiao Zhong) otkrio je sasvim slu\u010dajno, kada je zbog spleta okolnosti, berba i obrada kasnila zbog \u010destih ratovanja i prolazaka vojske tim podru\u010djem, pa je bilo potrebno ubrzati proizvodnju.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Prvi korak su\u0161enja listi\u0107a na zraku, izostavljen je, pa su listi\u0107i odmah povenuli, umjetno iznad vatre borovog drveta. Na veliko iznena\u0111enje farmera, dobili su dimljeni \u010daj koji je upijaju\u0107i dim drva za ogrjev, na kraju imao izvrstan okus i aromu. Uveli listovi postaju mek\u0161i i podatniji za valjanje kojim se dobiju uske trake. Tako srolani listi\u0107i dalje oksidiraju u drvenim ba\u010dvama. Za <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\"><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/liketeaalot.com\/vrste-cajeva\/\" target=\"_blank\">crni \u010daj<\/a><\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\"> uobi\u010dajeno je da se u ovoj fazi ostavi su\u0161iti na zraku i nakon toga sortira i pakira. Kod Lapsang Souchong crnog \u010daja, oksidacija listi\u0107a-trakica se prekida laganim pr\u017eenjem u velikim tavama poput wok-a i na taj na\u010din dobije jedinstvena aroma. Nakon toga se podvrgavaju drugom rolanju-uvrtanju kako bi se otpustile preostale koli\u010dine sokova. Na kraju, kao posljednji korak u ovom slo\u017eenom postupku, listi\u0107i se zavr\u0161no su\u0161e, u ko\u0161arama od bambusa iznad vatre od borovog drveta. Kada su listi\u0107i dovoljno suhi, vatra se prigu\u0161i kako bi se postigao jantarni dim. Smola iz zapaljenog drveta i jantarni dim tako dodatno poja\u010davaju jedinstveni okus ovog \u010daja. Tek tada ovaj \u010daj mo\u017ee na sortiranje i pakiranje.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Priprema\"><\/span>Priprema<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Ovaj <\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\"><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/liketeaalot.com\/vrste-cajeva\/\" target=\"_blank\">\u010daj <\/a><\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">preporu\u010da se postepeno namakati po gong-fu metodi: prvo namakanje 5-15 s, a svako slijede\u0107e produljiti za 5 s, tako se mo\u017ee posti\u0107i i do 8 namakanja. Ako ga pripremate na zapadnja\u010dki na\u010din, onda je omjer listi\u0107a i vode ne\u0161to slabiji, a vrijeme namakanja du\u017ee. Istu koli\u010dinu listi\u0107a nama\u010de se u 200 do 300 ml vode. Rasporediti 3 namakanja u 3-5 minuta. Ja&nbsp; sam \u010daj, prema preporukama proizvo\u0111a\u010da, namakao 5 puta, gong-fu stilom: 3 g \u010daja u 70 ml vode zagrijane na 90 \u1d52C (proizvo\u0111a\u010d navodi 200 ml, ali ja volim ja\u010di \u010daj). Prvo sam pobudio listi\u0107e 10 s, a nakon toga sam namakao \u010daj: 1 min, 1,5 min, 2 min, 2,5 i na kraju 3 min.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Lapsang Souchong mo\u017ee se piti bez ikakvih dodataka,u njegovom izvornom izdanju i tako osjetiti njegov pravi karakter. No ovaj nevjerojatan crni \u010daj i njegov dimni profil mo\u017eete nadopuniti s malo meda, vanilije ili kri\u0161kom limuna.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Osim klasi\u010dnog na\u010dina pripremanja, ovaj \u010daj pogodan je i za hladno namakanje, no preporu\u010duje se prije namakanja isprati listi\u0107e kako bi uklonili finu pra\u0161inu s njih, ostalu tijekom njegove proizvodnje.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Svaki \u010daj je druga\u010diji i mo\u017ee se pripremati na razli\u010dite na\u010dine. Preporuke proizvo\u0111a\u010da samo su po\u010detna to\u010dka. Detalji u pripremi mogu se razlikovati ovisno o va\u0161em osobnom ukusu. Kod \u010detvrtog namakanja okus je bio nepromijenjen, ali tekstura je bila znatno slabija. Aroma me, nakon \u010detvrtog namakanja, odvela u staru, gustu \u0161umu u ranu jesen, u kojoj nakon toplog pljuska u zraku ostane jak miris vla\u017enog li\u0161\u0107a koje je otpalo i ve\u0107 du\u017ee vrijeme le\u017ei na tlu. Iako proizvo\u0111a\u010d daje obe\u0107anje o 4-5 namakanja, kod ovog \u010daja, pripremljenog na opisani na\u010din, stao bih nakon tre\u0107eg, ako sam dobre volje mo\u017eda nakon \u010detvrtog. No, peto bih iskoristio radije za umivanje nego za ispijanje.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Obzirom na na\u010din na koji sam ga pripremao, ovaj \u010daj je pokazao veliku izdr\u017eljivost. Jedinstveni okus i aroma ostali su nepromijenjeni nakon prva tri namakanja. Vla\u017eni listi\u0107i u gaiwanu su nakon prvog namakanja promijenili svoju prvotnu aromu i poprimili miris vla\u017enog \u0161umskog li\u0161\u0107a s primjesama kuhanog zelenog, lisnatog povr\u0107a, no to se nije odrazilo na okus i aromu samog \u010daja u prva tri namakanja. Kako se broj namakanja pove\u0107avao, natruhe arome zelenog povr\u0107a postajale su sve slabije dok se aroma \u0161umskog li\u0161\u0107a poja\u010davala.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Nakon \u0161to sam popio i posljednju kap \u010daja iz \u0161alice u njoj je ostao blagi miris pudinga od \u010dokolade.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Du\u017ee vrijeme nakon ispijanja ovog \u010daja u ustima mi je ostao okus kuhanih suhih \u0161ljiva (<em>after-taste<\/em>).<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">U gaiwanu su na kraju ostali vla\u017eni listi\u0107i koji miri\u0161u na hrpu vla\u017enog povenulog li\u0161\u0107a duboko u \u0161umi, tamno sme\u0111e boje poput nekih morskih algi.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Lapsang Souchong na um i tijelo djeluje istovremeno pobu\u0111uju\u0107e i umiruju\u0107e.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Zakljucak\"><\/span>Zaklju\u010dak<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Me\u0111u klasi\u010dnim crnim \u010dajevima Lapsang Souchong divlji crni \u010daj isti\u010de se kao sekvoja u listopadnoj \u0161umi.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Mogli bi nabrojiti brojne pozitivne u\u010dinke koje ovaj \u010daj ima na zdravlje, iako su vi\u0161e-manje isti kao kod drugih \u010dajeva (nastalih od <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/liketeaalot.com\/vrste-cajeva\/\" target=\"_blank\">camelie sinensis<\/a>): bogat antioksidansima, dobar za prevenciju protiv raka, njeguje ko\u017eu, pobolj\u0161ava rad imunog sustava, poma\u017ee pri mr\u0161avljenu\u2026 no po jednom u\u010dinku se sigurno izdvaja &#8211;
